Please read this page carefully to understand our delivery process, return rules, and what you can expect when ordering from Furnibliss.
Delivery Procedure
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Our team will contact you via text, WhatsApp, or phone one day before delivery to confirm. Timely response is required to avoid delays. On the delivery day, our driver will confirm your time slot directly. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and is made to your doorstep for convenience. Please note: delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen events. We’ll keep you informed of any changes.
Delivery Areas
UK-Wide Delivery Coverage We proudly deliver across England, Wales, and Scotland. Please note: We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland or offshore locations.
Delivery Timings
Delivery Schedule Deliveries are available 7 days a week, typically between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Your delivery time slot will be confirmed via phone on the day of delivery.
Returns & Refusals
We operate a strict check-on-arrival system: If the item does not meet your expectations, you may refuse it at the time of delivery. Returns will not be accepted once the product is accepted. No additional fees apply if the item is refused immediately upon inspection. All sales are final once payment is completed.
Assembly & Packaging Info
All products (including beds, wardrobes, dining tables, sofas, and sofa beds) are delivered flat-packed. Each item includes a step-by-step instruction manual and the necessary tools for self-assembly. Assembly is not included in the delivery service. However, if needed, we can arrange a third-party assembly service for an additional, separately quoted fee.
Cash on Delivery & Check on Arrival
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If it is damaged, broken, or not as described, you may refuse it immediately. No payment or delivery fee will be charged if the item is refused on the spot. Once the product is accepted, the sale is final, and returns are not allowed due to supplier restrictions.
Extra Charges (If Applicable)
We believe in clear, upfront pricing. However, additional fees may apply in certain cases: For homes above ground floor without lift access, a £10 fee applies per floor. Example: 2nd floor = £20 If a lift is available but too small to accommodate the item, the same charge will apply. All additional fees will be clearly communicated before delivery. Deliveries are made directly to your doorstep.
