Please read this page carefully to understand our delivery process, return rules, and what you can expect when ordering from Furnibliss.

Furnibliss – Affordable Quality Furniture, Delivered with Confidence

At Furnibliss, we aim to provide our UK customers with stylish, affordable furniture and a stress-free delivery experience. From beds to sofas, wardrobes, dining sets, and mattresses, we deliver across England, Scotland, and Wales — right to your doorstep — with flexible, transparent service.

Delivery Procedure

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
  • One day before delivery, our team will reach out via text, WhatsApp, or call to confirm the order.
     Customers must respond on time to avoid delays.
  • On the day of delivery, our driver will contact you to confirm the exact delivery time slot.
  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days.
  • We deliver directly to your doorstep for maximum convenience.
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • Weather conditions
    • Traffic
    • Route issues or unexpected events

We always keep you informed in case of changes.

    Currently, we do not serve Northern Ireland or offshore locations.

Delivery Timings

  • Deliveries are scheduled 7 days a week, typically between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  • Time slots are confirmed by phone on the day of delivery.

Extra Charges (If Applicable)

We believe in clear pricing. However, some additional fees may apply:

  • For homes above ground floor without a lift, we charge £10 per floor.
    👉 Example: 2nd floor = £20.
  • If a lift is too small to fit the product, the same floor charge will apply.
  • Any such fees will be clearly communicated in advance.
  • All deliveries are made directly to your doorstep.

Assembly & Packaging Info

  • Our products (beds, wardrobes, dining tables, sofas, sofa beds) are delivered flat-packed.
  • We include a step-by-step instruction manual and all the necessary tools to help you assemble the furniture yourself.
  • Assembly is not included with delivery.
  • If you need help, we can arrange a third-party assembly service for an additional fee (quoted separately).

Cash on Delivery & Check on Arrival

  • Inspect your product upon delivery — if it’s damaged, broken, or not as described, you can refuse it on the spot.
  • If refused immediately, no payment or delivery fee will be charged.
  • Once a product is accepted, returns are not accepted, as our suppliers do not allow post-delivery returns.

Returns & Refusals

We operate a check-on-arrival system:

  • You may refuse the item at delivery if it does not meet expectations.
  • No returns will be accepted after the product is accepted at delivery.
  • No extra charges or delivery fees apply if refused immediately upon inspection.
  • Once paid, the sale is considered final.
