We operate strictly on Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay only after inspecting the product at your doorstep.

Yes, if no lift is available or if the lift is too small, we charge £10 per floor from the first floor upwards.

Absolutely. In fact, we highly recommend checking everything before making payment.

8. What if the item is damaged, broken, or not as described?

If you’re not satisfied, you can refuse the item on the spot. No delivery or handling fee will be charged.

9. What if I find damage after accepting the delivery?

You can contact us on WhatsApp, and we’ll try to resolve the issue based on your situation.

Returns & Policies

10. Can I return the item after accepting the delivery?

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted after delivery is completed and payment is made. We consider it a final sale, as per our supplier’s policy.

11. In what cases can I return the item?

Only if the item is damaged, broken, incomplete, or not as described at the time of delivery, and you refuse it on the spot.

Assembly & Packaging

12. Are items flat-packed?

Yes, all items are flat-packed except sofa sets (3+2 seaters), which come fully assembled. For flat-packed items, we provide an instruction manual and necessary tools for fitting.

14. Can I get assembly services?
